Bootcamp Highlights:

Badminton Strokes: Proper grip, racket swing, follow-through, full-body motion, racket and shuttlecock contact, serving and returning, backhand net, backhand lift, backhand serve, forehand overhead, forehand net, forehand lift, ready position.

Badminton Footwork: Ready position, shuffling back and forth, stroke combinations.

General Physical: Eye-hand coordination, warm-up and cool-down exercises, cardiovascular and endurance exercises, strengthening and flexibility exercises.

Badminton Court Play Rules: Scoring for singles and doubles games, service/receiving rules, faults, on-court etiquette, and sportsmanship.
